What pet parents ask us.

Is PawChart really free?

Yes. The free tier includes up to 3 pets, 250 pages of records analyzed to start, vet packet exports, and reminders, with no card required. Premium is optional, for owners who want higher limits and the deeper health insights.

Does my vet need to use PawChart?

No. Your vet packet is a plain PDF any clinic, boarder, or groomer can open. Nothing about your care changes if your clinic has never heard of us.

Is my pet's data private?

Your pet’s chart is private to you and the people you invite. Sharing is always your call, grant by grant, and you can revoke access at any time.

What kinds of records can I upload?

Vet notes, vaccination certificates, lab results, invoices, even x-rays. PawChart reads them and organizes what it finds, with every entry cited back to its document.

What happens if I switch clinics or move?

The chart is yours, so it moves with you. Export a vet packet for the new clinic, or let Records Concierge request your history from the old one.
